The striker scored a hat-trick for the Bavarian giants against Bochum at the Allianz Arena, taking his tally up to seven in just five matches in the German top-flight. No player has ever scored as many goals in their first five league matches for Bayern.

Bayern took the lead just four minutes in through Eric Choupo-Moting before Kane fired in his first goal of the game to double their lead. After Matthijs de Ligt and Leroy Sane put Bayern further ahead, Kane tucked away a penalty to make it 5-0. Mathys Tel then made it six, before Kane completed his hat-trick to add a seventh.
Kane also struck in Bayern's 4-3 win against Manchester United in the Champions League, meaning he now has seven goals in six matches.

Kane has been directly involved in eight goals in the Bundesliga, scoring six goals and registering two assists. The only other player to match that figure in his first five league games since 2004 was Erling Haaland.
